2022 Spring / Summer Update
Report on Asset Mapping & Community Conversations
The first stage of Prince Edward County community conversations and asset mapping got underway in May of 2022.
To date, about 245 participants representing business, community, local government and youth sectors have provided input about community assets, tensions and threats, and what other stakeholders need to be at the table.
This summer will be busy with more research and recording — video interviews are taking place July 26 and 27, and in-person interviews with Audrey Jamal (UoGuelph) are August 5 to 7. Watch for announcements about the video and report early this fall.
Thrive Champions (those who have indicated so far their interest in being actively engaged) will be gathering in August to get started with next steps.
