The Broken Ladder
Thrive Minds Book Club at Parsons Brewery
The Thrive Minds Book Club met at Parsons Brewery to discuss The Broken Ladder by Keith Payne.
From book club leader Susan Smythe-Bishop:
The focus of this get together is Keith Payne’s The Broken Ladder. Keith is a professor of psychology and neuroscience at the University of North Carolina and a leading expert in the psychology of inequality and this book explores the psychological, physical, and social ramifications of rising inequality. It’s a pretty powerful read.
Thanks to our friends Books and Company in Picton and PEC Library for helping connect the community with books!
