PECM Hospital Auxiliary and Second Time Around Shop

The PECMH Auxiliary consists of dedicated people who promote healthcare in our local area by providing, through fundraising, new equipment for the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital. Auxiliary members and volunteers help both inside the hospital and outside in the community.

The Second Time Around Shop in Picton is a major source of income for the Auxiliary. The 6,800 square foot shop offers hundreds of new and gently used items in dozens of categories, including clothing, furniture, small appliances, movies/DVDs, and so much more!

If you’re interested in volunteer opportunities, there are many retail, administrative and behind-the-scenes positions that are important to the smooth running of this popular shop. If you’re interested in a fast paced, fun environment, this is the place for you.
